Partner Badging Program
CLOUDINARY
April 2023
Designed and launched a global partner badging and credentialing program to standardize technical and sales readiness across Cloudinary’s partner ecosystem.
Partnered with 50+ cross-functional SMEs to define measurable competency standards using Job Task Analysis (JTA) methodology, translating complex partner workflows into scalable learning pathways, assessments, and credentialing experiences.
The initiative also contributed to the development of a centralized partner enablement experience integrating learning access, certification, and deal registration workflows to improve partner activation, consistency, and go-to-market alignment.
The badging program awarded 450 digital credentials to partners over 16 months.
Built a measurement framework to evaluate the business impact of Cloudinary’s partner e enablement program by connecting training engagement data to partner pipeline activity.
Partnered with Business Operations to develop a Salesforce dashboard integrating data across learning and partner platforms, enabling visibility into certification participation, engagement trends, and revenue-related outcomes.
The initiative helped establish data-driven validation for partner education investments and informed future enablement strategy decisions.

SME Certification Item Writing Workshop

Designed and facilitated a certification item writing workshop to train subject matter experts on developing valid, measurable, and legally defensible certification exam questions.
The workshop was created to improve assessment quality and establish greater consistency across Cloudinary’s credentialing program by helping SMEs understand competency alignment, cognitive leveling, distractor quality, and common item-writing pitfalls.
The experience combined instructional guidance, practical examples, collaborative review exercises, and structured feedback to support scalable contribution from technical and business SMEs with varying levels of assessment design experience. This initiative helped strengthen the rigor, reliability, and long-term sustainability of Cloudinary’s certification ecosystem.

Partner Virtual Training
CLOUDINARY
2024 FY
Identified a gap in partner engagement and proposed a new Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) strategy to create more interactive, feedback-driven learning experiences for Cloudinary partners.
The program was designed not only to improve partner readiness, but also to establish stronger two-way communication between partners and internal teams by capturing live feedback on product experiences, implementation challenges, and enablement needs.
To operationalize the initiative, I developed the program charter, defined success metrics and participation goals, secured stakeholder alignment, and coordinated subject matter expert involvement across multiple departments.
The resulting framework created a scalable foundation for recurring partner education while strengthening relationships between Cloudinary and its global partner network.

LMS Feature Updates
SIMPLEVIEW
June 2019
Designed and produced a customer-facing feature adoption video for users of Simpleview’s LMS, focused on guiding customers through updates to system navigation and learning progress functionality.
The project was designed to reduce confusion during platform chaznges and improve user confidence by translating technical updates into a concise, visually guided experience. Responsibilities included scripting, instructional flow design, screen capture production, motion graphics, audio recording, and video editing.
To increase engagement and clarity, I incorporated animated visual elements and structured demonstrations around real user workflows rather than feature-by-feature explanations. The final asset was optimized for scalable delivery using Cloudinary’s JavaScript-based HTML5 video player to support bandwidth-conscious streaming across customer environments.
